Moderate acidity lifts the juicy fruit for a relaxed, easily enjoyed, and versatile bubble for every occasion. Enjoy with salty snacks (think popcorn during movie night), grilled prawns, smoked salmon, or casual charcuterie.
- 2020 Blanc de Noirs $32.00
'Blanc de Noirs' (meaning white from black) is a method of making white wine from black grapes. In 2018 we planted Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier on the Golden Mile Slopes in hopes to make a traditional method Blanc de Noirs as is common in the Champagne region of France. In 2020, the Pinot Noir was ready for wine production, and our first vintage is made 100% from the single varietal.
Crisp apples and baking spices dominate, with subtle notes of cranberry and tarty raspberries. Expect a lively palate of citrus flesh and hints of lightly toasted brioche and flinty minerality. - 2022 Rose $22.00
In Provence, Franc, Cinsault is prized for its low-acid, low-tannin, and highly aromatic profile in rosé-making. An early ripener with prolific yields, Cinsault was an experimental choice for our South-Okanagan vineyard site. The experiment was a success.
Fresh, vibrant, flowery. On the nose, ripe, tarty raspberries, currants, and a fistful of freshly cut wildflowers follow-through to a lip-smacking, juicy palate. Surprisingly dry, yet scrumptious. Pair with garlicky olive tapenade, weekday charcuterie, and summer weather. - 2022 Lakeshore Vineyard Orange Muscat $22.00
Our inaugural vintage of Orange Muscat! Tarty, vibrant, and dry! Nectarines, white peach, and flowery nose lead to a refreshing, spicy palate with stone fruit, lemon peel, and quince. An easy patio refreshment, also a dangerous pairing with greasy indulgences (tempura, shrimp tacos, fries) and fresh seafood.
- 2022 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc $23.00
A refreshing blend of 75% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth, subtle, and elegant. This classic French blend is a patio-friendly, summer sipper just as enjoyable with a casual supper as it is on its own.
- 2022 Lakeshore Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc $26.00
Made from our old vines Sauvignon Blanc planted on Lakeshore Drive and made in a fresh, mineral-driven style. Fresh and vibrant, flowery orange blossom, grapefruit and freshly cut grass. A mouthwatering palate with juicy lemon and lime, pineapple and white peach. A quintessential seafood wine. Pair with oysters in the half shell, sushi, poke bowls, grilled trout, salmon gravlax or enjoy as an apéritif.
- 2019 Portage Red $24.00
Portage Red: dangerously versatile, easily approachable blend. Grapes from family-managed vineyard sites on the Golden Mile and east bench in Osoyoos were selected for their juicy, fruit-forward concentration. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and 22% Cabernet Franc, underwent malolactic fermentation and cellar-aged in neutral French and American oak for twenty-four months before blending and bottling.
- 2020 Pinot Noir $30.00
Introducing our new Testalinden Vineyard Site Pinot Noir. 2020 was a pretty vintage for Pinot Noir! Floral, earthy and spicy notes lead the nose which follow through to vivacious fruit on the palate: dark cherries and dirty raspberries. Look for hints of graphite and cinnamon, with dark chocolate and a long, finish. A smooth, round mouthfeel and elegant tannin structure make this a worthy match for roasted duck or beets.
- 2019 Cabernet Franc $30.00
100% Cabernet Franc from the Golden Mile Bench in Oliver, expect bell pepper on the nose, violets, herbs, and earthy ‘funk’: classic Cabernet Franc. A rich and concentrated palate of dark chocolate, blackberry, raspberry, and black cherries, subtle spice and dried herbs. Soft tannin and mouth-watering acidity make this an easy wine to pair, but just as pleasing on its own.
- 2020 Merlot $32.00
Quintessential Merlot aromas of fruit cake, fresh blueberries and spices lead the way to a hefty palate. Jammy cherries, plum and blackberries dominate with subtle dried herbs and vanilla to support. Expect cedary notes, firm tannin, and dark chocolate on the finish. A worthy pairing with roast duck, beef carpaccio, or blue cheese.
- 2019 Syrah $26.00
Our Syrah is one of our only wines not sourced from Estate fruit; instead, we purchase a small amount from the Han Vineyard on the East bench of Osoyoos. This vineyard site is consistently ripe and complex with decadent fruity notes. Spicy white pepper on the nose, dark cherry, and blackberry. Lush fruit follows-through on the palate with baking spices and dark chocolate. Soft tannins and juicy acidity make this medium-bodied red versatile in pairing.
- 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon $28.00
Sourced from old vines planted on the Lakeshore in 1999, we take pride being the next family to farming this heritage planting. Juicy black currants, anise, and steeped bergamot tea on the nose with a hint of vanilla that follows through to the palate. Juicy red cherries and plum on the palate are balanced by woodsy herbs and lively acidity.
- 2018 Reserve Series Provenir $42.00
Each year, we select our favourite French and American barrels, each prized for different qualities, to create this wine. Our barrel selection from this year was 34% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc, and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in oak for 24 months.
Rich, dark notes of juicy blackberries, dark cherries, and raspberry jam on the nose with whisps of bacon lardons and shoshito peppers. The palate is weighty and smooth: cedary leather and cigar box upfront with ripe blueberry and macerated cherries. Expect soft tannins and defined acidity, a structured palate suited best for cuts of red meats: braised, roasted, grilled, or tartar. - Virtual Gift Card $25.00
